Florida to be precise. I am currently here with some friends and family and it's my first time in Florida. I'm having a nice time except for one thing: sugar.

Why is it in EVERYTHING? It's giving me headaches, bad skin and a generally weird sort of feeling. Not giddy or hyper, rather...miserable? Dunno, that could equally be hormones :P But srsly, ice tea/coleslaw/butter/chewing gum/life does not need all this sugar. I'm a sweeties fanatic but even I have a limit. I'm reaching it. And it's only been 3 days (out of a 14-day trip)! And don't get me started on portion sizes. Y-i-k-e-s. Apart from that the holiday is going well, have been to Disneyworld the past 3 days - literally my childhood dream - and I never realised it's an actual village-type-thing. The place is bigger than Norwich (the city in East Anglia where I go to uni)!

Well, pictures soon. I have a big update of nothingness to post and a few photoshoot pics too, nothing much else happening really.  University rules my world.

The geek I've always been is in full effect this semester. I'm translating just about EVERYTHING now, not just my assignments :P

Will post more at some point but I have bare (that's "London street slang" for "lots of") editing and work and things to catch up on. Mainly replying to messages people write me. I know even to the littlest of messages I'll write back reams and reams so I always put it off till I can devote more time and then never end up writing. So annoying! Sorry to anyone who's reading this and also waiting for a reply from me...about anything...even the last Harry Potter movie!

The other day I got my first ever fan letter requesting an autograph! I was so full of gleeeeeee. But would you believe I still haven't done it yet! Well, I just got a nice new printer so I'm going to print a photo and sign it and probably write a letter so long that the person gets bored and grows to loathe me. But I'll do that next week after I've gone back to uni and am hiding out in my room pretending not to live there. I will surprise all the other peeps in the residence one day in October by suddeny playing music really loudly...

Anyway I have a lot of pictures with which to update (7 or 9, or something) so here's one!

I've come to the conclusion I'm cursed to never replying to things quickly. It's a curse. I asked a shaman... I will get on it when Telewest stop being STUPID and forcing me to go to the grotty net cafe closeby. I hate paying for things I already have (happens more than you'd think!)

Funny how not having the internet or a 2009-10 academic diary throws me out of wack. I'm so old school with my "agenda" book thing :) But it's my most reliable way to stay on top of things! I'm going to Norwich today until Tuesday and will probably have 0% internet connection, no change there but I find I want/need to use the internet more when I don't have it. Sux.

The good news is almost ready to be revealed. The more I have to delay revealing it the more it builds up and it probably isn't even THAT big a deal. I dunno... In other news I got some images for my port folio in the post today - not 100% happy with them but it's a learning process I guess. I went and ordered a silly size and will now have to buy a new port folio book thing to contain them, but the one I have I'd had since 2004 and the plastic sleeves are a sexy, professional-looking yellow colour and a bit bubbly. Yeeeesh....

Had a shoot with Liam Perkins today and for the first time in ages I had a bit of an attack of the shyness. The location was awesome as were the ideas and everything in between but I just got so nervous. It was bizarre. I tried my best to overcome it - the runny nose, dry mouth, general awkwardness, and the random mix of music I was playing off my phone helped me relax a bit too. Liam was really lovely and patient too so I think we got some great shots despite it all.

Sooo, shots from that soon, but here's a one by Allan Jenkins from our shoot a few weeks again. And we have another shoot coming up soon ^^

I haven't forgotten about the good news I mentioned earlier this week - more on that in a few days ;)

So we gots some new cupboards installed up in the kitchen today. It was thrilling!! I then had to clean up and move everything back into place etc and it was mega exhausting so I rewarded myself with canteloupe, brie and goats cheese. OMGYUMMMMM, highly recommended mix :)

Got back from Ibiza on Wednesday and now have the sexiest cold ever. Woke up this morning and my throat was dying. Hope it goes by next week as I have a lot on, including a shoot with Liam Perkins at the end of the week.

Today my uncle and his wife and CUUTEST BABY EVER come over from Nigeria-town today. I actually really don't want to give the baby the sick sickness that I have so I may stay out of the way for a few days... Not sure if I can resist hugging him though, he's amazing!

I'm quite excited about this month. Which is a change from the last few months. Not sure why but I just have one of those feelings that things might finally be looking up. I really hope it lasts!

Just got back from a lovely shoot with Allan Jenkins . It was a lot different to what I've been doing so far, really intense close up shots, pretty stuff with flowers and veils. It was strange having to sit still for once! Hehe :) Can't wait to see the shots!!!


Picture for today is an oldie but a goodie by Art Deco Studio. This was shot in December, it's funny how it doesn't even look like me! And I miss this hair style so much :P

Starting this new thing, so even when I don't have much to say I still stay active on here :)

Not too much going on at the moment, have slowed down shoots to 1-2 a month as I'm feeling a bit blah about things. But here are some shots from the last shoot I did with aiko273 and Boobie Trap corsets



















It was soooo hot that day - I think it was the start of the heatwave - and I didn't have time to pick up the silver leaf so I had to use kitchen foil and baby oil and we had limited time in the studio and also had to do up the corset with some stringy sort of string (English GCSE=A :P) so apologies for the loosely laced corset. Other than all that I adore these photos, Aiko just does this magic thing where she makes me look good in pictures <3
